Diffuser Conclusion

I hope you have enjoyed looking through these 5 essential oil diffusers. As you will have seen, they all offer similar functions with the main differences being design, water tank size, price (I have not included the price as they are constantly changing on amazon) and Wi-Fi availability.

Once you have chosen your preferred diffuser, it is time to fill it with scents that will energise, inspire and motivate you.

The essential oils

Enjoy reading about each oil and deciding which ones you would like to try and most suit your scent likes. This selection of 5 are all good for energy and clearing the mind. The oils can be used separately or combined. I would recommend a maximum of 3 oils combined if blending.

It is important to use only 100% pure essential oils (not artificial fragrance oils) as the artificial fragrances don’t provide the benefits of the pure essential oils. Quality is also important to ensure the most effective benefits and that they are ethically sourced and made. Some oils are quite expensive but remember that you are only going to use a few drops each time you put the diffuser on, so they should last a while. If you find you are using a particular oil more than others, it is often cheaper to purchase them in larger sizes (most are 10ml to begin and you can purchase 50ml, 100, 200ml onwards).

The key safety information when using essential oils are; do not use directly on the skin, do not ingest, keep out of reach of children and pets and less is more!

For each 100ml of water in your diffuser you can use up to 5 drops of essential oil. So if you are using 3 essential oils you could do 2 drops of 2 oils and 1 of the other to make 5 drops in total. Remember the oils are very concentrated and you don’t want to overpower your home office!
